Program doesn't delete

I got this program to download the demo of commandos 2 and now it doesnt want to be deleted what can i do ???

It always says its being used by the windows and cannot be deleted...Help!

The name of the program is Commandos2Setup-dm.exe

Hi, Welcome to TSG!!

Press CTRL+ALT+Delete and click on task manager. Look in the list of running processes and click on Commandos2Setup-dm.exe then click on end task.

Now try the uninstall again.
