Problems with GPU (I think)

So recently I have been having a number of issues with my PC and it seems to be related to my GPU.

Issue 1 - Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fails to launch and I am yet to play the game on pc because of it, despite being able to play in the beta.

Issue 2 - Minecraft Bedrock RTX either shows all black textures or crashes as soon as I turn on ray tracing, despite working perfectly in the beta.

Issue 3 - Davinci Resolve no longer works because it can't detect my GPU.

Issue 4 - I get red flickering on one of my monitors, usually when on a dark background.

-16GB RAM

Your descriptions are vague, so I'm going to assume you're referring to this processor and graphics card.

Other important components are missing.

What is the brand name and model number of the motherboard?

What is the brand name and model number and wattage of the power supply?
