Problems when logging on

Every time I logon to this machine (XP Home) it brings up the folder c:\documents - I can't figure out why. Also trying to get rid of all the trash in the system - any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Here is the most current HiJackThis log file which was taken after scanning and fixing with Adware 6.0 and SpyBot S&D.
