Problems Uninstalling Program...

Whenever i tried uninstalling my GPS software it gives me a box that says "Component Transfer Error" I have attached a picture of what the error looks like. After it gives me the error and i press okay, it close the program, and stops the uninstall. How can i fix this, and stop this error from coming up? Thank you.
