Hi, i am posting on behalf of 2 friends.

When trying to play multiplayer games on miniclip.com, they are both having problems getting the game to load. They both can get all the way thrugh to the 'lobby' but when they click 'ready' to play the page freezes rather than refreshes. They have both tried updating all items that miniclip recommend. This includes java, flash, direct x, shockwave player and an igloader plugin. None of this has made any difference.

I do not know what is causing this and any help would be of greatly appreciated.

Ps- They are both using the latest version of IE. If any other info is required, just ask!

Do they have any firewalls installed? Since it's a multiplayer game, it may require different ports to be open on their network.
