I have Windows XP and have been running around in circles trying to convert some .flv files. I even purchased the Total Video Converter, a $45 product which hasn't helped. I am trying to email this .flv file, but I don't know how to open it nor convert it once I do. I thought I needed to open it with a .flv friendly program so that I could convert the extension using my Video Converter. So I downloaded Adobe's Macromedia Flash Player - that didn't work, so I downloaded FLV Player but I can't seem to find it in my program list. I'm so frustrated. Any suggestions?

OH YEAH!! I'm running Internet Expolorer as my browser.

I've converted a few with this app. Note if one encoder doesn't work try another. I think I used ffmpeg.

It's a tough page to negotiate. You want Super ©, can be hard to download.
