About a month ago, i realized that when i opened my internet, it connected fine and everything.. but when i was done surfing the internet, the internet browser window wouldnt close. The only way i have figured out is the CTRL + ALT + DEL and close it that way. This problem started out about a week after i installed WindowBlinds. Could this be the problem?

Delete/disable window blinds ( it is a resource hog anyways ) and do a virus scan .
