Problem With IE7....

Hey Everyone,
I have just recently upgraded from Windows Xp to windows Vista Ultimate. I am loving it so far except I am having one problem. Everytime I boot up my PC internet explorer open's at startup with this website, "http://tvstream.ath.cx". I have tried everything I can think of to make it go away, I am thinking it is some kind of spyware or something. I have scanned my computer with BitDefedner and it didn't fix the problem. Also, when I try to clean the IE files using bit defender, everytime it goes to delete cookies it says "cancelled by user", I think that there may be a bad cookie causing this page to open at startup. Is there a way to do a fresh install of IE7 or anything to try to repair this problem?
Thanks.

Get Spybot S&D ,,, this is the definitive Malware cleaning software.
Run it in safe mode.... continuously hit F8 when you reboot after installing Spybot.
Try this first.
Had the same issue on boot with IE starting up with tvstream.ath.cx, got it after downloading SP1 for Vista Home Prem. Found file ati2sgav.exe located in the Registry and C:\windows\system32 dir. after looking at http://www.threatexpert.com/report.aspx?uid=0863776c-5334-46c6-90bd-331360b31ef8. Once it was deleted all is well.
