I have the Zone Alarms Suite (Firewall, Anti-Virus, etc) installed onto my two computers and I have encountered a baffling and potentially dangerous problem.
Zone Alarms phones home periodically to check for and download updates for my Anti-Virus subscriptions and for the last three days I have been getting an error message whenever Zone Alarms phones home. The message says something like: "Unable to resolve server" and the update attempt fails.
At first I thought this was a problem confined to my desktop computer and maybe my ISP but I am using my laptop at a friend's house and I just tried to get the updates and got the exact same message.
Does anyone know if Zone Alarms is having any problems or issues? The older my virus files get the greater the risk to me and everyone else who uses Zone Alarms.
