I'm new to this website, and i need some help with my phone/computer. I recently purchased a RAZR v3c phone and I was interested in putting ringtones and skins on it from my computer so I downloaded P2kcommander to do this. I followed directions from the p2kcommander website on how to get my phone connected to my computer. I installed a few of the drivers, but I didn't get all of them. My phone didn't show up in my device manager. I decided to try and reboot. Now I get a message saying that windows did not start successfully because of a change in either hardware or software. Any suggestions? I'm horribly confused.

How'bout trying a System Restore...

I would try a system restore, but my computer won't boot to the OS.

Safe mode will also not boot.

Well, what happens when you keep tapping on that F8 to go into safe mode?

Do you get an error message? Does the system reboot? What happens?

When I try and boot into safe mode I see a bunch of white text scroll down the screen, go to the dell loading screen and then get to a dark screen with WWW.DELL.COM at the top. A line of text saying LOADING PRB... shows up and the computer immediately gives me a screen saying Windows could not start successfully.

I ran a systems test under the symptom tree of can't boot to OS and everything passed. However I also ran an express test and got the error 0F00:136C.
