Every time I turn on the computer, these are the steps I have to take to get it to turn on:
1st try: It gets to the C prompt and just stalls. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete to reboot. 2 Lines just before the C prompt it says, Error loading device driver NDISHLP.sys and One or more network transport drivers failed to load.
2nd try: I have to start it in safe mode. When the computer is on, I then have to do a shut down.
3rd try: Somewhere during this start up process, I get a message that says I have to reset the settings in display properties. I click ok and then the display box pops up and I change the screen area to 1024 x 768. At this point, it asks if I want to restart and I click ok.
4th try: Computer will start up OK.
I could live with this problem, it is just very annoying to have to go thru this every time. Any suggestions??
