Problem removing Adobe Acrobat DC

248 Views 5 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Digerati
I've tried uninstall but the routine can't find a file so I can't proceed. Went to my program files on the C drive and tried to delete the Adobe DC folder but it keeps saying I have a file open that is preventing the delete going ahead. I've rebooted my pc and tired again but it still thinks I have a file open. Is there another way to delete this program? Running Windows 10 home 64 bit

Open Task Manager > StartUp > is there an entry there for Adobe or something similar if so > click the item then click Disable
Thanks but there are no Adobe items enabled in start up
See if the official removal tools here help: How to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat (adobe.com)
