Problem opening an internet shortcut, it shows me a error

Hey there guys, i was wonder to ask u why everytime when i try to open my internet shortcut about any website it shows me a wierd error like this image :

It happens with firefox because i modified to open eveything with firefox as my default browser... and i was working perfectly right before my computer warned me about automatic updates so i had to install SP3 in my windows and at the same time was installing IE7 from the same updates.
as u can see that error message comes up everytime when i try to open my internet shortcut i mean im not saying that i doesnt open and i cant see the website actually it opens normally but this message comes up ! and i dont like that my question is
How can i delete it ?
