I would still advise using one of those other scanners ... they are free, and a second opinion would be useful ... the engines are the most recent, and the virus definitions are updated each day.

Run HJT again, close all open windows, put a checkmark next to the following items, and press "Fix Checked":

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about :blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about :blank
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PrinterSpool] C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\PLUGINS\restore.exe C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\PLUGINS\spool.exe

Restart your computer.

Manually search your computer for these two files:

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\PLUGINS\spool.exe
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\PLUGINS\restore.exe

If you find them, delete them, and then empty your recycle bin.
