Pro duo adapter issue

Okay I've seen various problems and fixes...but not a problem quite like this one that I'm having....so I have a 200gb micro sd card and my memory stick pro duo adapter reads it as only 55gb and asked to format every time I insert it. I have used the 200gb card in a regular sd adapter and it reads full capacity, by itself also reads full capacity, I have verified it really is a 200gb card, also I have used it in two different hubs and every time only the pro duo won't read it properly and shows 55gb...but here's the kicker the pro duo adapter works just fine with my 16gb micro sd card. Both sd cards are SanDisk bit the 16 is an ultra and my 200 is an ultra plus. My drivers in my computer are up to date and reads the cards both fine in a micro sd slot or with ad adapter in that slot just 200 not in the pro duo. I have tried the following formats all of which yeald the same results in all three methods fat32, exfatb and ntfs. I'm stumped as to why it doesnt work any help will be greatly appreciated.

This usually happens if the card reader cannot handle that size, sometimes there's a firmware update, or if the drivers need to be u[dated, usually manually from the manufacturer's website. There should be a model number on the bottom of the card reader.
By card reader I assume you mean the adapter itself since as i stated I used two diffrent reader hubs and both read the 200gb and will read write to it from both even if they are plugged into each other if the micro sd is incerted by itself or in a standard ad adapter and the 16gb works fine in the duo adapter just not the 200gb windows says its 55.4 inside the adapter i have checked and insured there are no partitions on the micro sd card...possible do you think the duo adapter is bad and not all the contacts work in it but enough of them do that the 16gb works fine?
Can you post a picture of the Duo Adapter so it's clear what your are referring too?
