We've just noticed a problem with some computers here.
I've been trying to print on letterhead paper from our Tray 2, but it can't see it - it just prints from tray 1 (plain paper). I've tried altering settings until I'm blue in the face but it doesn't make any difference. Pages also come out with a larger left margin and text is smaller than it should be.
Alex also has the same problem, she's tried various things as well. Russ was able to print one page okay, but had problems after that.
We've only just noticed it now - no-one must have been needing to print on letterheaded paper until this morning, since Sharon's new computer was installed. (sharons computer being the print server)
Anyone any ideas. Printer is a LEXMARK Optra T610.
