I have a HP PSC 2355 all-in-one printer/scanner/copier which has been working fine but suddenly the scanner simply don´t work. When I select the scanner icon it seems that there is nothing behind it. I´ve uninstalled the sostware and installed it again, still the same. I installed the software on my laptop after I gave it up with my office computer and the same happened after good working for appr. the same time (2-3 month). Everything else work fine in it (printer and copier). I´m using windows XP.
