Hi, looks like the printer is not calibrated correctly on the label material. You tried to calibrate the gap sensor already?

Check "4.1.2 Gap Sensor Calibration Utility" and try to calibrate the printer like described!

 

Even after calibration the printing is same, its keep changing

 

On the picture it seems the layout is moving out a small step further on every label. Which sensor you chose in the windows driver? There should be chosen "label with gaps", NOT "continuous".

If you chose "continuous" before change to "label with gaps", print one label to transfer that parameter to the printer and do the calibration once more.

 

I chosen "label with gaps" and i printed one label and once it printed the printer shows error. Still I calibrated again but error again.
If I change from "continuous" to "labels with gaps" the printer go to error
