I am trying to setup a VPN connection and am wondering if my current routers will support it. At the office we have a 2000 SP4 server that will be the VPN server. It has one NIC and is connected to a switch then to a Linksys BEFSR41 ver.2 then to the SpeedStream 5100 DSL router from SBC. At home is a Motorola SB5120 cable modem. Do these routers support PPTP passthrough?? I am having trouble finding that kind of info in any of the documentation. If these will not support a VPN connection what are some reccomendations for affordable equipment that will?

Thanks

I assume you are talking about the 2 routers at the office. I am not sure why it was setup that way, I didn't do the initial install. The DSL is a dynamic IP and the GW on the PC's point to the IP of the linksys. Do I really even need the Linksys there if I can give the SpeedStream the same IP??
