Got a few problems there. 1st up Download CWShredder from http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe & run it. Select the fix button & it will get rid of everything related to CoolWebSearch. Close ALL other programs & windows, including IE, before running CWShredder. Reboot.

Download LSPfix from http://cexx.org/LSPFix.exe
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "inetadpt.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Unzip HJT into it's own permanent folder before doing anything in order for it to create backups. (Not a temporary folder & not on the desktop). Close all (browser) windows & have HJT fix these entries=

This is LOP foistware:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Slowmemo] C:\PROGRA~1\01HECK~1\Trans Soap.exe

If you haven't fixed it yet fix it and fix this one too:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PGStub.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dp-b23011805.exe

Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Now find and delete:

The C:\WINDOWS\sysupd.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\system32\dp-b23011805.exe file
The C:\PROGRAM FILES\01HECK~1 folder.

I have no way of knowing the full name of that last folder, but the first six letters will be 01HECK.
