2Wire router was working fine until the power went out earlier and now 1 of the 3 green lights on the (BROADBAND LINK) is orange...

I unplugged and reset everything and still is orange... Its not the phone line, because the phone still works..Can't think of anything else that it could be..

Thanks in advance..

Check the User Guide for your 2Wire router. Typically the manufacturer anticipates what the different LED colors and states indicate and shares that information in their documentation.

Have you called your ISP? Can you do a factory reset on that router? I believe the orange light indicates you have no DSL connection, so it may have toasted the router.

An orange Broadband Link on a 2Wire gateway indicates that the unit has DSL sync, but is not currently authenticated to the ISP -- could be mismatch between saved username/password and the ISP database or a problem/outage with the DSL network (ATM circuit, etc.).

To get back online or find out where the problem is, go to http://gateway.2wire.net/setup -- you can skip past the keycode and timezone, then verify the username and password has your correct AT&T login info -- usually your complete email address and its password. If you don't get 3 green lights, you should get an error message that will help the ISP troubleshoot your issue better.

Hope this helps,
