my computer emachines burns out the power supply but I change already but the computer doesn't start I want to why somebody can help me????????????????

What happened the first time that made you change the power supply? What is happening now? Does the light on the motherboard or the fans go on? Or is everything dead? Where did you get the power supply that you put in?
