HI i was wondering if the power supply brand matters or if it is just the watts that i need to watch when getting a supply

Yes, the brand definitely matters. It's like cars. You can get a Chevy or You can get a Lexus. They'll both get you where you want to go. But which one is more likely to keep going longer without a problem?
