Excel 2002
I've set up a list of parts with SKU # and descriptions. I would like to set up a sales invoice whereby I can type in the SKU # and have it populate all the information from that SKU # to the sales invoice.

Help Please !!!!

I am going to assume that your are using msaccess, for now since
it was not stated in post. So basically all you need is to create invoice table
place sku id field in it and customer data ie.. name address, totals.
Now goto to your form and create your invoice form, on sku field on after
update create a macro that will use a query to search the sku field and
use the create a new record and insert all data required into inoice table
and a requery. Basically thats all there is to doing what you after. If you need a quicker more indept help the just contact me at URL=http://www.thecpc.com]Thecpc.com[/URL] and in the uper right corner click on live chat its free the help that is.
Hope this helps. Flixx.

Flixx,

Thanks for your help. I'm using Excel 2002 and I'm now trying to learn how to write a macro.
