Yello,
I have been having pop-ups on my computer for a little over two weeks now, I've tried to block ports on my firewall (Comodo), scan with my antivirus (Avira), and block sites in IE. The pop-ups open in IE, which helps me a bit as I use Firefox, so I just blocked IE on the firewall, but it will still open up a 'blank' IE window very often.
One of the sites that comes up starts with adtrt.com and is about 6 lines long. I ran HijackThis and fixed two empty file entries, and three unauthorized trusted sites that all had the words "mirar" and "search" in it. On my Active Connections page of the firewall, it shows a bunch of ports that send info from Firefox whenever I change pages, and three suspect applications are listening on tcp at all times: two svchosts, one at 135 and the other at 2869, and one named system thats listening on 139.
After fixing the previously mentioned sections on HijackThis, I restarted my pc and scanned with Avira, and its still here.Below I've included my current HT log, and I've already got Combofix, which is ready to go (I've disabled some services, maybe system restore ones, I can't remember). Any explanation of my symptoms and hopefully some solutions would be greatly appreciated, I'm about to go angry german kid on this thing.

Anybody?

Just about an hour ago, I think the virus is stepped up its game. When I tried to shutdown, I got a firewall message saying that a file in system32 called '~.exe' was trying to create a new file or directory. It couldn't identify the application it was associated with as being MS or safe, so I blocked it, based on that and that the file name it tried to create was a bunch of random letters. As it continued to retry but with a new created file name, I went and added it to my blocked applications list. Once I did that, no more alerts. On the other hand, now when I try and run an application, it says that It can't be accessed, and perphaps because I don't have appropriate permissions. When I tried to open Run, it tells me that it can't create a shortcut there, and would I like one on the desktop. I said no, which left me with nothing, and once I re did it and said yes it made one with a name and target of '&Run' (is that a normal path for Run?).
Further, most icons or pictures that aren't already open (i.e. the desktop and start menu programs icons) won't display if I view them in a Windows type view.
Please help! I'm fearing for the worst!

Edit: I forgot to mention, I can open control panel, haven't tried to run anything tho because i think my firewall may be blocking exe's, I can't tell tho because I can't open the information box to read up and Idon't see why it would be (unless the virus changed it?)
