I am having numerous pop-up problems, specifically one that says my computer is infected with spyware. I run spybot, adawareSE, pepperfix, and cwshredder, all of which delete some of the problems, but not all such as the pop up above. Is there anything else that I should be doing? I've run hijack this in the past, but I cannot currently get it to open and I cannot get cwshredder to download the latest update. It also seems that once I remove the threats with the adaware and spybot, the same problems occur the next day. How can I stop them from getting in in the first place?
Please help

I tried to run HJT in safe mode but it still will not run. Then I tried to delete it and I cannot delete it because it is being used by another program. What else can I try?
