I don't see anything wrong, though I don't know what this is:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [defscan_install-r.exe] C:\DOCUME~1\ED\LOCALS~1\Temp\EACDownload\defscan_install-r.exe -k

Why did you want us to look at your log anyways? Is there a specific problem that you are having, and what do you mean by tell you how to get spybot 1.1 from the log?

My problem is with Spybot 1.1 & 1.2.
I had Spybot 1.2 but it did litlle good for me. Since Feb of this year I haven't had any update made by it and it has not shown any stopped spyware. At the same time Ad-aware updates and intercepts spyware regularly.
So I tried to uninstall Spybot 1.1&1.2 and then reinstall 1.2. Spybot 1.2 uninstalled OK but 1.1 gives me this drop down after I go thru the process.
Now you only need to exit the program and delete its' directory to finish uninstal
Basically my problem then is I want to uninstall 1.1 and get 1.2 to work properly.

Thank you for the prompt answer.
I have no idea on how to go about deleting in the directory. Can you help me here?

Usually programs are located in %system root%/Program Files. (%system root% being the drive that the operating system is on, usually the C: Drive) Since I am not at home yet I cannot tell you the full pathname of the directory. Usually the directory is named after the manufacturer (PepiMK) or the program (Spybot). Once you delete the directory, if you go back to Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs click on Spybot S&D and then remove, it should say something like it cannot find the program, do you want to remove from the list? Click yes. Then try to install the new spybot s&d
