Please look at my HJT, ActiveScan, & AVGAS

Laptop is like running through molasses. Also does not repond to Shutdown. Boot up is extreeeeemely slow.

With previous experience in this great forum :) :) :) I did the following minimal repair and data gathering:

First, REbooted into safe mode and ran first AVG and then AVGAS. Deleted everything found in both cases. AVGAS log attached.

Then, ran a Pandascan and HJT. Logs attached.

All help much appreciated!

appears to be clean now.

however, I still have a conflict in my protection sw somewhere. my normal suite for seveal yrs has been

ad aware se plus
as watch se plus
avg
spybot
spywareblaster

just added avgas after tsg support with problems on another computer.
causing problems somewhere. my adwatch monitoring goes off about 15 times a minute and all of the items flag AVGAS as the source. Looks they are in a "race." I can turn off the adwatch and it goes away, but I dont have to do that on my other machine. Ack.

Any ideas?

Thx for everything:) :) :) :)

just did a cold start for other reasons and miraculously the apparent conflict between security programs vanished. my adaware is now quiet.

thx again.

ps: you've just successfully used the renowned management tool of "benign neglect!"
