Please Insert A Drive Error

Hi! I have a SANS disk reader with a 128gb micro SD card. I've been using the card for a Raspberry Pi, running BerryBoot, and suddenly, after installing Raspian successfully, the card doesn't work. I have a B 3+, and the red LED indicates the problem is with the card. The card had been partitioned, but the newly created F drive was inaccessible, so I decided to unpartition the card to reset it. Unfortunately, now get a new error. Please insert a drive in SDXC (My Drive Letter). The internet advised me to change the letter assigned to the drive in Disk Management, but this failed. The error still persists. If anyone could advise me on returning this SD card to it's basic state, and perhaps, but not necessarily, giving me instruction for setting up BerryBoot correctly. The tutorials for BerryBoot that I found were all up-to-date, and I followed them click-for-click, but this still happened as soon as the card decided to reset.
