I gota an alert form my virus protection program multiple times now, the virus is like joker something something, and it cannot clean or quarantine the files, HELP

Download AVG from http://www.grisoft.com and try cleaning your system with it. Its a free ant-virus software.

Download HijackThis from here. Make a new folder for the program and then open it, click Scan. When it finishes scanning, do no remove anything but instead save the log and post it here.
