Hi folks.. i badly need help...I have to submit a small project tomorrow...
I have downloaded a GIF file(the animation loading file) and i made an html page.
Then i inserted the image in the homepage,as if it should like a flash page...
now what i want is after 5 seconds,that page should be re directed to another page.
I searched in th internet and found meta data code...But it is not working because my destination page is on my PC. th meta refresh tag only applies to URL i think.
I tried to copy javascript too,but no use....
So please help me in this...Remember: first page should re direct to another page(the page which is on my system) in 5 seconds ...

I'm not sure what exactly you want to do,but the META redirection method works fine,even if your want to redirect to local pages.
For example if you want to redirect the user after 10 seconds to "test.html" page,you could use this:

*Don't forget to use the correct path to the "test.html" page,if it's not in the same directory as the first page.
