Hey all! I just have a question about my network.....I can sign on with all tools (i.e. phone, PC, etc.), but for whatever reason, I am having issues connecting my laptop. I'm running Windows 7 on a newer laptop. I tried changing the password and it worked for a minute, but now that's not doing the trick. It keeps telling me it doesn't have a valid IP address Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

While trying to connect by both ethernet and Wi-Fi please show ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

you must be using static ip, and ip u are using is out of bounds or conflicting with the other machine. Try renaming also your computer different from the others and use dynamic ip addressing
