Please let me try again to explain my dilemma. All web pages have the same color and look exactly like they always have. There are no color problems with the color of my viewing screen. All icons on the bottom of my screen are normal......start....desktop.....outlook express...volume. My problem lies in the color of everything else. The background color on the page frame (?) used to be medium blue with black letters.....file...edit....insert and so on. Now this background color is tan and file....edit...insert are an electric blue. When I click file I get a dark blue screen and you can not see or read anything until you place your mouse arrow over each line.....then it lights up in white letters. When I go to bookmarks I see nothing but a blue screen.......I'll never find what I'm looking for if I have to go one by one to light up each entry. My email page looks the same.....white writing area......tan background color with bright blue file....edit and so on. Would anyone know how to fix my problem?
