I switched from AOL dial up to Optonline. Now when I am in an IM or doing a print preview for anything at all, I see a huge file that always beings with !DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC. I cannot copy it here because it is far too long (39 pages) in the print preview & from the IM window I have copied it to a different thread that was never responded to.

I have run all my usual virus scans. I need to be able to print for my kids to do their school project. I really need help. Any ideas how to fix this problem? I'll try anything!

you can try this it will not harm you at all ,i just did and all ok but you may find the answer on your isp site as certain isp have different issues for printing from web,aol did i know that.1. On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Run.

2. Enter the following:

net stop spooler (and hit enter)

3. Delete all files in the following folder:

C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers

4. Once the spool files are deleted, start the spooler again:

net start spooler
