Pivot Table help to calculate # To Sell, # Sold and # Unsold

Hi,

I need some help with a Pivot Table please, so I can avoid manual calculations.

I have attached a file which shows my Data, my current Pivot Table and the Pivot Table I'd like to achieve. It's basically # of items in our inventory, # sold, % sold, # unsold and % sold.

I have tried to utilize everything I've previously learned on this website, but I am stuck.

My data shows only items that were sold. If nothing is sold on a specific date, my data file doesn't contain anything for that date, so I've manually added those in with Date Holders.

Any help is much appreciated, thank you so much, in advance.
