For some reason the person who built a computer I'm working on installed winxp with fat32.
I'd like to use the windows drive convert program to change it to NTFS, obviously without reloading windows.
Is anyone aware of any issues with doing this?

There is a bug that's in Windows 2000, and I believe still exists in XP, since I've had it happen. The conversion results in an NTFS filesystem with 512byte clusters, instead of the default value of 4kb. If this happens, you'll need a 3rd party applications like Acronis Disk Director or Partition Magic to fix it. NTFS with 512byte clusters is noticeably slower than the proper 4kb clusters.
