On a laptop I go to msn moneycentral and attempt to open a financial portfolio. The picture does not open only a red x. any ideas

There was a site update about mid-november and I had to download that silly thing asking "DO YOU SEE THE PICTURE" that shows a tiny bar chart (if you use Portfolio Manager you know what I mean.)
Suggestion-try logging in with a new username to force the PC to be checked for updates to that site. Once that download is made you can just forget the new name and your old name should work fine.
