the banner on top is waitign for a picture but doe sanyoen see the little spots near the text what is that and hwo do i make it go away??????

You talking about the very top left of the banner?

You compressed the image is what happen. Make a new one and don't compress it or better yet save it as a png.

Looks like you pasted the text in from another picture and is aliased. What software are you using for the graphics? Try insering the text as anti-aliased and see if it improves.
