I'm trying to install a Creative Soundblaster PCI128, but whenever I do I can't get on the internet.
I have DSL, Win98, and IE4 on an Acer with a Cyrix 6x86
I've tried disabling the WINS configuration and changing the PCI IRQ, but of course, nothing works
