Macrium can create an entry for itself in the boot menu, if you tell it to, so it looks like you did that.
Removing the Usb adapter may have changed the drive letters.
Go into the Bios and try setting the first boot device to the windows drive or Windows Boot-manager.
If nothing works try reconnecting the Usb adapter and see if it boots then.
