Hi, today I turned on my pc and it wouldn’t do anything, looked at my mobo and it had the EZDEBUG above the CPU slot.

tried resetting cmos and nothing happened.
Tried to swap ram sticks, only use one stick, etc…
The pc won’t boot to bios and I really need some help!

You're gonna have to give us a bit more to work with here. Desktop, laptop? Home built or store bought (Dell, HP, etc.)? Make(s) and model number(s) will be a big help!

hi it's a custom built gaming pc from cyberpower
CPU: i7-9700f
GPU: MSI RTX 3070
RAM: 16GB of Corsair Vengance Pro at 3600
Mobo: MAG B365M Mortar
PSU: 600w 80+ Gold
it had the EZDEBUG above the CPU slot.
Are you saying that the CPU LED was lit on the EZ Debug indicators?

What was the last thing that happened? Any new software/hardware installed recently?

Yes, all I was doing was chatting to some friends I haven't installed anything other than some steam games
CPUs rarely fail. Are you overclocking?

Unplug the power from the power supply. Press and hold the power button for several seconds. Unplug the two power supply connectors from the board and then re-connect them. Re-connect the AC cord and see if that makes any difference.

What is the make/model of the power supply?

Ive never Overclocked apart from enabling xmp in bios. I'm not quite sure on the model of the PSU and it's quite late so I will try your tips tomorrow and get back to you?
No problem. Have a good night.

Just tried your tips but those didn't work.
Cyberpower is noted for using low end parts in their systems.
You have already reseated both atx and aux pw connectors. There is some more troubleshooting you can do;
1 System OFF and pw cord removed
2 Pull the pw connectors from ALL drives; both hd and optical. If you have a M.2 type drive, remove it
3 Disconnect any usb device ie printer, scanner, etc. Leave the keyboard connected
4 Pull out all ram. Blow the slots out with a can of air. Reinstall a single chip in whatever slot the manual says to populate with a single chip
5 Reseat your video card. Note there is a latch you must depress to pull the card. Do not just yank it out, you will break something
6 Clear cmos with the clear pins/jumper. Read your manual for detailed instructions
7 Replace the pw cord and attempt to pw ON. If the board POSTs, then shutdown and start connecting devices one at a time until you find the failed part. If the board does not POST in the above config, then you need to swap parts with known good units; ie pw supply, motherboard, ram, etc

FWIW it has been my experience that cyberpower systems are a low end micro motherboard, a low to mid-range processor, a low end pw supply, a decent video card, and a case with a LOT of lights. These things [generally] do not last all that long.
