Pc turns on but ports don’t work

My psu fan is spinning. My computer is fully in the led lights show up but the ports don’t work. HDMI doesn’t VGMA and even USB PORTS. What do I do. I’ve been stuck on this for 2 hours. Why does it show the leds and fan spin but ports don’t work. Is it the power supply? Thanks for the help I need

I moved this to the hardware forum. Your problem has nothing to do with windows [at least at this point]
Start by posting ALL of your exact system specs; ie exact motherboard, exact pw supply, exact video card, etc, etc. Do not post "500W pw supply" Post the exact brand and model# Do that for ALL of your parts.

What you can try to do is to remove/disconnect everything except RAM, video and power (if you have an onboard video connection, remove the graphics card also. Reseat all RAM and the power connectors to the board.
If that works, then turn off and install one device at a time until you find the culprit. Obviously you should turn it off in between adding devices.

Yes I just tried these and it seems everything works fine except from just the ports. Could you imagine if the psu failing be a presumable cause of this?

Did you get a video signal?
I've never seen a PSU causing just the ports to not work. But if there's no video signal then it's possible that the PSU is bad.

It is just about impossible to help you unless you post the following info;
1 Post ALL of your exact system specs as outlined in post #2
2 Post exactly what you see [if anything] on the screen when you pw ON
