If the "LCD Screen" you want to hook up is a complete LCD monitor and it is has an input connector or cable that is compatible with the monitor output of the laptop, the answer might be "Yes". Connect the LCD monitor to the laptop's external video monitor output and then power up the laptop. If you are lucky, the external monitor will show the exact same screen that is supposed to be showing on the laptop's screen.
If you are not so lucky, the laptop may have the external monitor output completely disabled or configured as a secondary display. In either case, you would need to access set-up information that is normally displayed on the built-in screen to activate the external display as the primary display.
