Or 3 AM. That's what I've noticed. My monitor will be off but I hear it restarting. I have a temp monitor (Speedfan) going and it says: Temp 1: 51 C, Temp 2: 41 C, Temp 3: -1 C, Temp 4: -41 C.

I did a search for this problem on here and downloaded a memory tester and RegCure. Anything I should do?

This started after I recently had a problem logging into windows xp and un-seated the audio card and pci usb card and then reinstalled windows (after formatting the drive).

I have noticed my PC doing the same thing.... however I found out that it was caused by 2 things

1) Anti Virus software that was scheduled to run every day at a certain and then rbeoot once finished

2) Windows Updates again with automatic rebooting on it

I think though you would have to have a wake-up set up in the bios under Power management to allow software to startup, why not check the bios for and enabled wake ups and disable them.

Well I noticed it restarted another day at around 3 am. I checked schelduled tasks and nothing there. Windows update is not scheduled to restart, as far as i can tell. Nor is antivirus.
