Every time I turn my pc on it automatically boots into bios and when I save and exit and/or exit without saving my pc shuts off and turns back on right back into bios. I believe this is from my pc not recognizing my ssd but my ssd is lit up and fully connected. if anyone knows how to help pls let me know 🙏🙏🙏

Sounds like the drive the computer normally boots windows from is not accessible and therefore the computer cannot continuing the bootup process by loading Windows for you. Since Windows (or any other OS) is not available, the only thing the computer can do is stop.

You might try removing any USB flash drives or CD/DVDs to make sure it is not trying to find Windows on them.

yeah i don't have any cd/dvds or usb flash drives so idk
Can you see the HDD/SSD that the computer boots from listed in the BIOS/UEFI? If no, the computer cannot see it for some reason. (Disconnected, Dead, etc.)
What kind of system is this? Make/model would help.
