PC Not Turning on

Built my second Pc a week ago. When I finished it, tried to turn it in, it didn't boot. Still doesn't. Thought it was a problem with a faulty power supply but I reordered and the same issue. RGB on motherboard and RAM is working but other than that there is no response from the PC other than the LED on the power button. Not got the best cable management but here is an image. Still relatively new to this so let me know if there is something I should do.

Please read the Troubleshooting Guide for "Problem Builds" sticky post by our member crjdriver at the top of our hardware forum for some guidance and suggestions.

Please provide a Bill of Material of all of the major components of your build.
