Pc keeps booting to bios

I just upgraded my gpu and my power supply today. I went from an RX480 to an RTX 3060TI and now after plugging everything in, suddenly my computer keeps booting to bios. I've tried looking for solutions all over, and people just end their thread with "don't know what I did but it's fixed now" so I've found no help so far.

First of all, you are posting in a hardware forum and no one [other than you] has any idea what hardware you are running. Post ALL of your exact system specs. Include the exact pw supply you installed ie brand and model#
