Pc display glitching after some time of turning on

At the first time my pc was ok i was ready to attend my class and at the class time when I checked my pc it was turned off and i was worried that it was not turning on and i unplugged my pc then placed it on my dining table after that it turned on after few second it was like this (the picture ) I don't know how to fix this so please if any one can help please I am begging you

Are you referring to a laptop?
Was there an update recently made to Windows?
Before this screen display issue occurred was the computer shut down properly.

Also, please provide us the computer or laptop specs.

There was a windows update
I didn't know that if it shutdown
properly or not
