Hello,

When I transfer files or download files my pc get's crash.
Internet get shut down, HDD/SDD crash.
I tried to fix my problem on this site but I don't know if they can fix it.

Start with testing the HDD. Use the drive manufacturers disk tools available from their website. Run the short and long test, if either test fails or has errors, the drive is faulty and will need to be replaced.
