Pc connected to internet but not office network.

So we got 3 new computers to replace our older ones. We set them all up and we’re able to connect to the network and see each others computer. A couple of minutes later, one of the computers lost connection to the printer, so they reinstalled the driver but then lost connection to the network. We are able to get online. I researched and was able to finally get to see everyone on the network once I changed the SMBV1 to on. Now I see everyone but can’t open, it says to check the name or the network is not correct. I’ve tried resetting the network, reinstalling windows with reset to factory setting, I’ve tried comman prompts to flush and reset catalogs... I can ping everyone on the network, and they can see and access the computer from their computer but I can’t access them. I’m dying for help as i have one of my office assistants just sitting around... it’s been 4 days now and I can’t figure it out... I connected it to the port on my desk and the same thing, I can get online, I can see them on the network but I can’t access because it says it’s incorrect.
The pc is a Dell Vostro
Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @3.20Ghz 3.19Ghz
8.0gb Ram
64-bit OS
Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller

are you trying to share the files on a pc, and allow the other two to access these files? if so, make sure you share the files (or the folder containing these files) to the network.
Operating system(s)?

Yes, we have it setup where we can work off of each others files. It's 5 computers in total, 4 of them can see each other and interact, but this 5th one I can't get it to go. The other 4 can access the one that's giving us a hard time but it can not access the rest. Files are shared to everyone and everyone has full permissions.
I just had the same problem with Windows 10 and found this fix online to work. On the computer that can't access the rest go to internet and network settings and reset network settings.
Operating system(s)?
Windows 10
all they all windows computers?
